This year’s theme, Level Up, Build Strong, is more than a slogan – it’s a mindset. It’s about growth, resilience and continuing to push boundaries in an industry that’s evolving every day.

There’s something powerful about hearing real stories from women who are actively shaping the built environment. Construction isn’t one story, one background or one pathway – and that’s exactly the point. If we want to level up and build strong, it starts with visibility, support and continuing to challenge outdated perceptions. We’re proud to share their voices.
