Neurodiversity Week 2026 - Part 1

Designing for neurodiversity is ultimately about designing better for everyone. When we consider a wider range of sensory and cognitive needs – from acoustics and lighting to materials and layout – we create more inclusive, adaptable spaces that support focus, creativity, and wellbeing for all.

As workplaces continue to evolve, understanding how people interact with space is key to building environments where everyone can thrive. Thank you to our participant Vanessa Champion PhD for sharing these valuable insights during Neurodiversity Celebration Week.
