An Online Tool for Office Fit Out Costs

Before anything else – office design, floor plans, finishes, feature walls, lighting – the real question is usually: what’s the cost of an office fit out?
Our office fit out cost calculator tool gives you a realistic estimate based on the size of your office space, where it’s located, and the level of finish you’re aiming for – whether you’re planning a new office, fitting out a new space or managing a refurbishment. It works in square feet or square metres, with the UK and sq ft set as standard.
We’ve built this calculator tool to help you sense-check office fit out projects early, before committing serious time or budget.

Office Fit Out Costs Explained:
Bronze, Silver & Gold
To keep things simple at this early stage, we’ve outlined three cost levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. These make it easier to estimate your fit out without getting lost in the details.
Bronze is practical and cost-conscious. It focuses on functionality, keeps changes to a minimum and makes sensible use of what’s already there.
Silver is the mid-range option for your office space fit out. It includes better-quality finishes, more considered office design and a balanced approach to comfort and performance.
Gold is fully bespoke. Higher-end materials, more building intervention, integrated technology and a stronger focus on experience. Expect a high quality finish across the office environment.
Many projects include a mix of all three. How each one breaks down depends on how different parts of the workspace are used; some meeting spaces or front-of-house areas may need extra polish, while other zones prioritise functionality.
